of the white' membrane. 'Rut
peel, pulp and cranberries
through a food chopper using
medium blade. Combine with
pears„ andugar. Prepare gela-

package. Chill until thick as

berry and pear mixture. Pour
into 1',i quart mold. Chill until
firm.
