OF THE TOWN OF GODERICH
A by-law .to authorize the
taking of. a vote of the
ratepayers on the fluorida-
tion of the Goderioh Public
• Water Supply.
WHEREAS Frederick Fester
and others have petitioned the
Municipal Council of the Cor-
poration of the Town of Gode-
rich to put the following ques-
tion to the electors at the next
Municipal Election "Are you
in favor of 'fluoridating tile
Goderich public water supply."
AND WHEREAS it is deemed
desirable to submit the said
question to the electors.
-NOW THEREFORE the Muni-
cipal Council of the Corpora-
tion of the Town of Goderich
enacts as fiadlows:
1. That the question "Are you
in favor of fluoridating the
Goderich public water, sup-
ply" shall be submitted to
2 the, electors of the Town of
Goderi at the next Muni-
cipal election. '
