OP THE TOWN OF GODERICH
A Bylaw to regulate the keep-
ing, Of Cats in the lown of
Goderich.
WHEREAS pursuant to the
Provisions of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O., 1960; C. 249; S 379 (1)
Bylaws may be passed by Cowie
ells of Local Municipalities for
regulating the keeping of
animals.
NOW THEREFORE the Muni-
cipal Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Goderich enacts
as follows: "
1. No person sllalq keep in or
upon any land, or premises
in the Tovvh of Goderich at
any one time more than two
cats of any. kind, regardless
of breed or sex.
2. This Bylaw shall not apply

a duly appointed pound -

3.1his bylaw shall not apply to
