Russ Hoffineyer played an
outstanding game in left field
for the Bissets, handling sev-
eral difficult chances' faultlessly.
Once he raced back to the fence
on " a drive that was labelled
for . a homerun an j made a
spectacular stab of the bail for
the out. Ron Carter,_ at third
base, played a good game,
handling several chances with-
out error but other thazr that
the rest of the team turned in
a very mediocre ,game consid-
ering what they 'are capable of
doing. Goderich wil,1 have to
show a lot more desire and
hustle if they are going to
eliminate Meaford and continue
on in the O.A.S.A. playoffs,
This game could serve as a good
'xample to the Bissets as the
team is not giving out't with
good , enough ball and hustle
for the type of excellent `pitch-
ing they are getting from
Doherty.
