G6der-ich Siftqs registered . ough the third period to send
the game into overtime.
Again on Sunday it was Hank
Armstrong who was the oppor

after Hank's goal Loveless tuck-

was never in doubt after that.

OVERTIME WIN
Siftos looked convincing in
their overtime win here last
Wriday night against Waterloo..
Over 800 fans watched as
the red and white squad came
storming .out in the first per-
iod and hardly allowed the
Siskins to get out of their own
end.
The second period was a bit
raggedbut still pleasing to wat-
ch as the teams took turns
applying the pressure.
In the third period Water-
loo seemed to get their legs
aand..theyine&ly._ whittled at,T3
at the Goderich lead. Water-
loo banged away with every-
thing they had and with only
one and a half minutes of time
remaining they finally got the
equalizer. At' the end of reg-
ulation time it was all Water-
./ loo and Goderich was lucky
to come out even.
-After only a few minutes of
overtime Hank Armstrong scot' -
ed what proved to be the win-
ner even though there were
anany chances on both sides
after his tally. Admstrong's
goal was a line effort.
On the night's play. Sinclair,
Leduc and Armstrong would
have to be chosen as stars. Sin-
clair kept the locals in the game
time after time when . the Sis-
kins had some excellent opp-

a real strong game. Re played
