Anthony Masse, of Goderich,
and Kenneth Stapleton, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Fergus 'Stapleton,
of Dublin,. on Saturday, July 21,
in St.' Peter's Roman Catholic

the double -ring ceremony. -The
wedding -music was played by

Carol Ann Schinuck.

length gown of . silk organza
over taffeta. 'Thelittql bodice
-was "styled with lily. point-sleev
and a scoop necklinetrimmed
with iridescent sequins ' and
pearls. The bouffant skirt of
:.oft impressed 'pleats fell to a
trainin the back. The side
panels -featured lace florets re-
inbroidered with sequins and
the bustle effect in the back was
accented by three silk organza
roses. A crown of seed pearls
and crystals held her elbow-
ie:ngth •live -tiered silk illusion
veil and she carried a cascade
arrangement of r e d roses,
tephanotis and ivy. ,
Matron of honor was Mrs.
:'Nage Stegensted, of Goderich,
and bridesmaids were Miss Jo-
anne Stapleton, of Dublin, and
Mfrs. Noel Dumont, of Goderich.
Miss Dianne Stapleton was jun-
ior- bridesmaid. They were
similarly gowned in Cotillion
blue silk organza and carried
crescent bouquets of white
'zriums. Master Michael Masse
was ring bearer.
Robert Stapleton, of Dublin,

Bluewater Lounge, the bride's

For her wedding trip to East-
ern Garda the bride donned a
white' dress ., with navy acces-
s'orres and a red carnation cor-
sage. They will reside in. Galt
where the bride will be on the
Public school teaching staff in
the fall.

Dunlop Inn. '

and Mrs. Harold Jewell, and
James Rivett, son of 'Mr. 'and
Mrs. George Rivett, all of,Gode-
rich. Officiating minister was
Rev. D. J., Lane, of -Clinton.
Given ' in marriage ' by her
father, •the bride wore a bouf•
fent gown of silk bombazine
styled on princess lines with zi
hand -jewelled bateau neckline,
lily -point sleeves and lace pan
elled skirt. A crown of irid-
escent pearls and borealis held
het• elbow -length silk illusion
veil and she carried a white
Bible crested with tiny' - red
rosebuds. -

St. Peter's Roman Catholic
Church was the setting on Sat-
urday„ July 28, for the wedding
of Cynthia Jane Lassaline and
Harry Wayne Kerr with Rev.
Father R. Moynahan officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Gerald Lassaline, of
Goderich; and the groom's par-
ents are Mr. and Mrs. Carman
Kerr, /also of Goderich. Mrs.
Carl Schneiker presided at the
organ and soloist was Mrs. Bert
Baechler.
Mr. Lassaline gave his daugh-
ter' in marriage. "She chose a
floor -length gown of silk or-
ganza over taffeta_ styled with a
fitted with scalloped jew-
elled bodicewith
and lily point
sleeves. The bouffant , skirt,
with jewelled panels, swept to
a chapel train. Her finger-tip
veil of silk illusion with hand
rolled edge fell from a tiara of
tear drop crystals and she car-
ried a cascade, arrangement of
•.CeiX roses..
Maid of honor was Miss Jane
Carter., .of Goderich, and Miss
Patricia Stoddart, of Goderich,'
was bridesmaid. They wore
identical gowns of aquamarine
organza with pouffe sleeves and
full skirts. Matching 1pad-
dresses and white accessories
completed their en$embles and
they carried bouquets of yellow

accessories and a white carna-
tion corsage'. The couple will
live in Goderich.
Guests from as. distance were
present from Toronto, Welland,
Sarnia, London, Windsor, Brus-
sels. and Clinton.

gay of yellow 'mums, Mary . Pa-
tricia Dietrich was the winsome

Redmond and Bert Bean.
The reception was held at the.
bride's home where Mrs. las

ing an embroidered bombazine
sheath dress 'in mistique blue
with contrasting accessories and
a corsage •of pink 'mums. As-
sisting, the groom's • mother
wore a misty mauve sheath
dress with• • white accessories
and a yellow 'mum 'corsage.

B.C., and Los Angeles, -Cali-
