recently m the school house
with a fair attendance. The
meeting was conducted by the
past president,. Mrs. P. Harri-
son. Mrs, Ben Whiteley read
the. Scripture, Mts. Harrison
took the devotions on "Thoughts
for the New Year,” followed by
prayer. Reports from the sec-
retary - treasurer, Sower fund,
and the quilt committee were
very gratifying. The meeting
was then turned over to Rev.
C. Smith. Mrs. Chester Sturdy •
