A lovely duet was sung by
Mrs. G. Henderson and Mrs. G.
Keating. Mrs.' H., Knechtel
read the story about .Holman
punt's painting; "The Light of
the World."
The guest of honor was Miss
Hazel Macdonald, home on fur-
lough from her missionary work
in Formosa. The members tvere
reminded that she did pioneer
work in the Peace River district
from 1930 to 1939°
Bales of clothing were sent by
the auxiliary, layettes by the
C.G.I.T., and a basketball for
a girls' group in Poucet Coupe. x'
In recognition of her work
in the W.M.S. through the years,
Miss Isabel Matheson presented
her with' honorary life mem-
bership certificate. Mrs? G.
Stokes presented her with an
honorary membership pin. An
opportunity was given to the
members to meet Miss Mac-
donald during the social half
hour at the close of the meeting.
Mrs. T. H. Bradley, Huron
road, spent two weeks with her
son, Lloyd, and family, of Seb-
ringville. While there she at-
tended Western Fair, London.
and the Stratford Fall Fair and
several other points.
