inducted into.the Auburn charge
of Knox United, Wostlield and
Donnybrook churches. The in-
duction service was conducted
by Rev.' Allan Johnston, of
l3rucefield, assisted by Rev. (;.,Lir
addressed -the minister and the
congregation. During this Yin-
pressive service, Mr. Elliott Lapp
sang "Beside still waters," ac-
companied by the church organ-
ist, Miss Margo Grange.
Mr. Norman McDowell, record-
ing secretary for the charge,
escorted Rev. Mr. Lewis to the
front and he was inducted into,
his first charge. At the con-
elusion of the service, Mr. WVit-
,liam Straughan, Mr: Bert Thomp-
son and Mr. Alvin McDowell,
representing elders of the Three
churches, introduced the mem-
bers to their new minister.
Following the service, a recep-
tion took place in the Sunday
school, room of the church where
the ladies of the W.A. served
a delicious lunch. Wards of wet=

representing the pastoral com-

Ball's Cemetery.
Due to the resignation of Rob-
ert. Arthur, chairman of the
Ball's cemetery board, a plot-
hdlders' meeting was' held in
the Orange Hall. on Thursday
evening of last week. 'Trustee
Ink Itaithby was chairman and

rotary. William Wagner was.
named the new trustee to re-
place Robert Arthur who had
served for four years. Norman

chairman.. The board reported

Mayor E. C.' Fisher. In charge
of the service was, Rev. D. J.
Lane. of Clinton:'a club member.
