James 'Murphy exchanged mar -
triage vows. -The bride is the
only daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Roy Breckenridge, of Goderich,
and the groom is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. James MUrphy, of
London. Reverend E. Von Keitz
performed the double -ring cere-
mony. Wedding music was play-
ed by William Bettger, of Gode-
rich, and Charles Norris, of
Toronto, was soloist
The 'bride, given in marriage
by her father, was lovely in her
floor -length wedding gown of
white, heart -patterned eyelet or-
gandy over taffeta. The fitted
bodice featured a large portrait
collar caught in the front by a
lover's knot;long lily-pOint sheer
sleeves and a low dropped waist
in the back. The skirt swept
softly from large bouffant folds
to a cathedral train. A tiny
pillbox of matching eyelet, scat-
tered with seed pearls, held her
double -tiered, finger-tip •veil of
imported silk illusion and she
carried a crescent of white
gardenias.
Her attendants were Miss Lor-
etta „Oliver, of London, as maid
of honor, and Miss Marylin An-
derson, of Brantford, and Miss
Patricia Griff, of Harriston, as
bridesmaids. They wore iden-
tically styled, bouffant, street -
length dresses of white eyelet
over Rio rose, arbor green and
lilac taffeta respectively. The
fitted bodices were fashioned
with scoop ,necklines and short
sleeves and the waistlines vver
acetated with_ bowed ---belts o
rantetrift, velvet. rib'bo--- -Line
eyelet doll pillboxes with con
fetti veil, matching accessorie
and nosegays of multi-colore
sweetpeas completed their en
sem s.

was his' brother's groomsman an

ver, both of London, ushered.
The reception was held at th
Harbankte Inn. ,,where the
bride's 'mother- received , the
guests wearing a crushed straw-
berry pure silk shantung„jacket
dress, a matching straw cloche !
with crown of French flowers, i
matching accessories and a cor-
sage of white gardenia. 'sAssist-
ing, the groom's mother wore a
ciel blue pure silk shantung
jacket -dress, white flowered hat,
navy accessories and a corsage
of white gardenias.,
For her wedding trip to Flor-
ida and Nassau, the bride chose
a two-piece ensemble of aqua
peau de soie consisting of a
Sheath dress and a matching
box jacket. The latter was high-
lighted_by the mink trim of the
shallow scoop neckline, and had
three -quarter -length sleeves. The
dress was designed with a pleat-
ed bodice. an empire cut waist
silhouetted with a bias band,
• and short cap sleeves. Her mink
colored straw cloche had a crown
of matching peat( de soie and.
aqua French chiffon flowers.
She wore brown accessories and,
a corsage .of bronze orchids.„
The young 'couple wiii reside
in London. The bride is a 1960
graduate of St. Joseph's School
of Nursing, London, and the
ppm , is at,. the University. of
eStern Ontario, London.
