From all parts comes the
good tidings that fall wheat
has passed through the chap g•
ing periods of winter safely,
and that fully 95 per cent. of
last fall's sowing is now pre-
senting a very encouraging
growth and strength. For
many years it has not looked more
favorable and offering greater prom
ises to the tiller of the soil, and all
must feel an interest in the result ;
and it is nevertheless true that the
undersigned has never placed be-
fore the needy public a larger
variety of goods, a better class of
goods and a better stockto select
from than at present comprising
Dry Goods, Gents' Furnishings,
