Which is it to 'be? , We are in the process of in- stalling a 'nv water system at a cost of about $750,000. This is one provision being made to accommodate a substantial,, in- crease in population. Those of its who live here- now must carry the burden of increased water rates. We must have an ex- pandine economy and an attrac- tive -policy to encourage new in- dustry to locate here. The re- sult of this upcoming vote may well 'affect our economy for the next decade.
