On the arrival of Bishop Bowman, the following resolution was adopted :-"Where as we again have the joy and privilege of greeting our dear brother in the Lord, Bish- op T. Bowman in our midst, therefore -Re soh ed, that we hereby express our thanks to lrod for the Bishop's sale arrival and pie - Bence among us ; that we hea-tily welcome Bisbop Bowman and assure him our Chris- tian confidence es a brother and bishop cf the church, and pray that his sojourn among us may be blessed. and that God may continua to support and strengteen him in his difficult office."
