Rev..W. J. ten Haagen• officiated. Interment was in Colborne, cemetery. Born at Brampton, 'he came to Goderich about 1951. He farmed for a great many years although he also ' worked for some 20 years in the rubber tire industry. He was a mem, ber of (North Street. United Church. His wife, the former Laura Jane Fullerton, 'died-- in 1936 and a brother, Dan, died about six weeks ago. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Frances) Powell, of Toronto, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. It is expected that the clergy of most Huron parishes will be present, seated in the chancel, with the special choir in the nave, at the head of centre aisle. .
