length gown of white bomba-
zine with a full bouffant skirt
styled on princess lines , with
hand jewelled appliques, and
long lily -point sleeves. Her
finger-tip veil of nylon embroid-
ered tulle was held in place by
a crown of matching. pearls and
sequins. She carried a bouquet
of pink roses with white stream -1
ers.
Miss Evelyn drown, sister of
the bride, was maid of honor
wearing a strapless gown Of
pink strawberry organza, with
matching jacket, a floral head-
dress, ,tinted shoes and aybou-
dquet of -blue tinted mums. The
bridesmaid, Miss Ruth Andrews,
of London, sister of the groom,
wore a gown of cogen blite or-
ganza styled similar to that of
the maid of honor and carried a
tbouquet of pink tinted mums.
Attending the groom was Mr.
William Brown, of Port Albert,
brother of the bride .and the
ushers were Mr. William An-
drews,, -of Auburn, brother of
the groom and M.c. Allan Brown,
brother of the bride.

onto man who is doing re-
search work on old Ontario
homes, particularly ,of • the
pre-Cof'hfe`rl'eration period. He
said he was finding it most
difficult in Goderich, as else-
where, to track down exact
data concerning old houses
from -the older residents. .

UNDERGO SURGERY
Miss Joan Davis, who was one
of five persons injured'In a car
crash on July 27, was admitted
to St. Joseph's Hospital, London,
on Monday, August 8. She will
undergo _surgery on her arm
and is expected to be in St.
Joseph's Hospital for at least a
week.
Patricia Boutilier returned
home from hospital at London
Friday afternoon and has made
a fine recovery from her in-
juries.
Jeff Reid, who was unconse
