The Wingham team plays -'back here tonight (Thursday) and it 'could be a real tussle judging by Tuesday night's encounter (between the two' clubs. Whip Kincardine In a very exciting men's' softball game, played under the lights at Agricultural Park last Thursday, the COM/blues overcame ant early Kincardine lead and went on to register an 8.2 victory. Ken Dunn on the mound for the Combines and Dennis Riggin for Kincardine hooked up in a pitch-.. er's duel, with no runs (being scored by either team for five ipnings. In ,the top of the sixth, Kincardine pushed a run across but, Goderich came back with two in the bottom of the sixth. From there on, the B.G. Combines were never headed. Len Willis and Tom Thompson provided the big bats for Combines as they connected for two extra - base hits each.
