nell had a successful sale fast Tues-
day with a large attendance: Good
prices were obtained for all stock
and machinery.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Johnston

home from Toronto last Thursday

Knox Presbyterian Church, deo-
orated with large white mums, was
the setting for the pretty spring
wedding on Saturday afternoon last
when Mary Anne Erskine, of Gode-
rich, became the, bride of F/0.
Janes Donald Misner, of Tillson-
bul•g. The bride is the daughter
of Mrs. Alexis Erskine, of Gode-
rich, and the late A. Harvey Ers-
kine and the -bridegroom is the
son of M. and Mrs. W, Moser, of.
Hamilton: Rev,' R. G. MacMillan
officiated.
The bride was given inmarriage
by her uncle, Mr. J. M. EriskineL
of Atwodd. She wore a ga n or
white lace over taffeta with scoop
neckline, long fi'tte'd torso and lily
point sleeves. Her fingertip veil
was held in place by a scalloped
headpiece outlined with pearls and
she carried a crescent bouquet of
white roses and stephanotis. •
Mrs. 'Stuart Wilson, of St. Cath-
arines, as matron of honor, wore
a wal'tZ-length gown of white lace
over ,blue taffeta styled identically
to the bride's dress, matching
headdress touched with pearls and
Short blue veil. Her crescent bou-
quet was of pink roses and steph-
anotis.
As flower girls, Jane and Anne
Erskine, nieces of the bride, wore
matching dresses of blue taffeta
with Peter Pan collars, puffed
sleeves, full skirts accented with
back bows and matching headbands
of flat bows. Their flowers were
nosegays of pink rosebuds.
The 'groomsman was F/ O, Don-
ald Sinel, RCAF 'Station, Centralia,
and the ushers were Messrs.- Rich-
ard Dalby, of Tillsonburg, cousin
of the groom, and' Bruce Erskine,
of Goderich, brother of the bride.
• The reception was held at ,the
home of the bride's mother, Glou-
cester Terrace.

tawa district the bride wore a teal
blue printed silk suit dress, with a'
beige -top coat and accessories and
a corsage- of Talisman roses. F/O:

make their home in Goderich.
