An Obstacle
If. Council did acquire another
site, Councillor May Money wond-
ered if Dr. A. E. Werry-would
the town to extend the-se-wer to it.
Dr. Berry, general manager Of the
Ontario Water Resources C'ommis-
sion, has made it fairly plain that
he will not approve any more sew -1
ers for Goderict until the town
proceeds with construction of the
sewage disposal plant.
Reeve Donnelly said he couldn't
answer this question.
Oouncillor Tipple then made a
motion that Council proceed im-
mediately to ask the Federal -Pro-

rental housing project to be built'

it a mistake to consider only one

that there was that much need to
hurry.

a housing project, but he thought he felt certain that Dr. Berry would
not approve of extending.the sewer
to another site. And Council ap-
parently has little thought of pro-
- ceeding with a sewage plant at the
present moment, the councillor
observed.
He felt -that a housing project
on the suggested site might easily
be more satisfactory than selling
off lots to individuals. If iots were
sold to individuals, it might take
several years to build up the area,
he said. Also: some of the houses
might not be up to the standards
which would be guaranteed in the
case of a housing project.
As regards the use of local labor,
Mayor. Ernie C. Fisher observed
that Council would have no say if
thr-lots-weresohl-off to individuals
instead of used for a housing pro-
ject. If the lots were soid to in-
' dividuals, it is conceivable that
.they might get out-of-town builders
to put their houses up, he pointed
out.

Q. What iauses wryneck? Can

tity you require.
A. Wryneck is often caused
by shortening of a large
muscle on ..one side of the
neck. Some cases respond to
a massage , and exercise—
others require surgery. Early
treatment prevents facial de-
formity that may result if the'
head is held • in the tilted
position for a number of years.
Wryneck is sometimes due to
eye disorders. The afflicted
person keeps his head tilted
in order to line up his vision.
Correct the eye defect and the
head usually straightens.
