Vocational Bible School to be held

guest speaker was Earl Raithby,
of Goderich, who gave an account •
of his trip to Alaska and the
Yukon. Mrs, Charles Straughan
thanked the Raithby family. Lunch
was served by Mrs. Kenneth Scott,
Mrs. Frank Raithby and Mrs. R. J.
Philips..
Easter Thank -offering Held. —
The Easter Thank -offering meeting
of Kno ..Presbyterian W:M.S. was
held last Thursday. The call to
worship was given by the presi-
dent, Mrs. Wes. Bradnock. Mrs.
Donald Haines led in prayer. The.
Scripture was read" by the presi-
deet of, -the' Blyth Wx1VLS Mrs.
Wellington Good. ' Miss Sharron
Stewart, of Goderich, played two
accordion soles. Miss Ruth Daer;
of Gorrie, gave an Easter message.
The C.O.C. members with their
leader sang,two-nu-rnber-s;-- Pr-ayer-
was given by Mrs. Leatherland.
Miss Mary Houston, of Hamilton,
showed' a film on Japan ; and- Mrs.
Duncan MacKay" was 'narrator.
Wedding
FORSTER_McCLINCHEY
Rena Mae McClinchey and John
Keith Forster exchanged marriage
vows before Rev. Robert S. Hiltz
on Saturday, April 5, at 2 p.m.. in
Knox United Church, Auburn. The
church was decorated with Easter
lilies, ferns, daffodils, and lighted
tapers. The bride is the eldest
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sydney
MeClinchey, -of Auburn, and the
groom is the sen *of Mr. William
Forster, of Lucknow, and the late
Mrs. Forster. (Mrs. Ella Donaldson,
of Goderich, played the wedding
music and accompanied the soloist,
Mrs. George Wilkin; of Auburn,
who sang "0 Perfect Love" before
the, ceremony and "I Love You
Truly" during the signing of., the
register.
The bride, given in marriage by
heir father, was lovely` in her por-
trait ballerina -length gown'of floral
Nalpac lace and nylont. The
fitted bodice featured .' sabrina
neckline scalloped with ``lace, and
from the back of the neckline
stemmed two flowing streamers of
nylon decorated with lace appli-
ques. The very full ny., °-� finet
skirt also featured lace a •61',- ties.
Her shoulder -length veil • was
caught to a pill -box crown of net
and sequins and she carried a
shower bouquet of red roses,
Miss Gladys McClinehey, of
Goderich, was maid of honor for
her sister, and the bridesmaids
were Miss Joan Forster, of Luck -
now -sister of the groom, and Miss
Ruth Cook, of London. The flower -
girls were Miss Linda 'Walden and`
Miss Patricia Wilkin,. of Auburn. g
Mr. Paul Hutchins, of Goderich,
was best man and the ushers were
Garth-McClinchey, of Auburn, bra-•
ther . of the bride,- and Lorne
Forster, brother of the groom.

Ontario. They will reside . in Bay-
