The current flu epidemic is on the wane,
at least among school pupils in Huron
County. Dr. R. M. Aldis, of -the Huron
County Health Unit, says it may yet do
the rounds in industrial plants. Very few
vaccine shots have been given in this
County, such as the one pictured above
where a technician at Connaught Labo?a-
tories, University of Toronto, is receiving
one from a nurse. First vaccine shots given
in Huron County were to the hospital
staffs at the RCAF station at Clinton and
Centralia a few weeks ages. Other hospital
staffs in the County have since received
the shots and a few private patients, who
requested them, have also been giveh the
,shots.
