As regards the second financial con-Sideration—the interest which the town would have to pay to the OWRC every year—he estimated this; for easy Iguring, at five per- cent, or $29,105 annually. Concerning the third financial consideration, Mr. .Larmour said that the town should set up a re- serve fund to meet emergencies. Corn- wall $6.50, Niagara Falls $10. Owen Sound $12, Edmonton $18. However, he said, "Thirty-five dollars a household is not getting out of line." He then cited two communities where water plant projects are going ahead or have been completed recently. In Dres- den, the new rate is $32 to $35 per household, he said.
