Herbert Hamas, Cheltenham, and lieibert'Gordon Thompson, only s n of Mr. and Mrs. Gormley Thompson, of Bramp- ton, were united m marriage. Rev. Brightwell and Rev. Luck officiat- ed. Tale ' wedding music was play- ed by 'Kenneth. Cuthbert, of Bramp- ton, and the soloist, Miss Anna Spitzer, who wore a 'gown of rinse crystallette, sang "0 Perfect Love" and "Because." The bride, who wae given do marriage by her father, looped charming in..n white gown oe tulle with insets of lace, bolero style with finger -length sleeves. Her floor -length veil was held with a halo of sequins and brilliants and she carried a bouquet. of red roses. Mrs. Norma Barrett, of. Toronto, was mate= of honor, gowned in shrimp crystallette in waltz -length anid carried a bouquet of .bronze morns. The bridesmaids were Miss Mary Harris, niece of the 'bride, in a gown of shrimp crystallette, and Misses Jean. ,Me - Pherson and Lois McDonald in green crystallette. All gowns were waltz -length and their flowers bouquets of bronze mums. Other attendants were two little flower girls, nieces a the bride, Sharon Blakely and Margo Ruddell, dress- ed in ,gowns of yellow nylon and net and carried ,baskets of blue and pink pompom mums; also the two ringbearers were twin nephews of the bride, Eddie and Bert Harris. The groomsman was Mr. Kenneth Lenten, of Brampton, and the ushers were William Hatchkis, Donald Harris and Nelson Harris. The reception was held in the Cheltenham Baptist Church. Mr. and Mrs. Thompson will reside in Brampton. Guests were present from Toronto, Georgetown, Burl ington. New York, Marmora and Auburn. The bride, who entered the chapel on the arm of her father, looked charming in a 'floor -length gown of white chantilly lace and nylon net over duchess satin fash- ioned with fitted bodice and seal - loped neckline accented etiith nylon tulle yoke and tiny Dollar trimmed, with seed pearls. The headdress fashioned of lace and net stedded web sequins held the fingertip french ilhekion veal tin plaice. She carried a bouquet. of pink roses and tufted carnations. Mns. Charles Hawthorne, of Goderich, sister. of the bride, was matron of honor, wearing a powder blue strapless waltz -length gown of nylon net over taffeta with match- ing bolero 'and headdress. She carried a basket of baby mums, roses and tinted • chrysanthemums. The bridesmaid was Mrs. Donald Bean, of Colborne Township, wear- ing a gold strapless waltz -length gown of nylon net over taffeta with matching headdress and bol- ero "and carried a basket off white baby and tinted mums and roses. Mr. Donald Bean, of. Colborne Township, brother of the bride was best man and ',Charles Hawthorne, of Goderich, was usher.
