Thebloud speakers are on the roof of the Court House. f Electronic Tower Bell More than 1,000 people were present to see the laying of the corner stone of the New Court House on May 23, 1955. Seen laying the stone is Judge Frank Fingland. Chairman of the ceremony program was Reeve William McKenzie of Exeter. The invocation was pronounced by Rev. R. G.
