The Goderich pelice Department is issuing a warning to all children playing on or near the streets of the added hazards 'brought on by slippery roads and poor visibility. Police Chief, F. M. Ha11 reports he has received several complaints of children hanging on to car bumpers and sliding ' along' the road.
