Her matching fingertip veil of French tulle illusion was held by a cap of embroidered organdy ap- plique trimmed with sequins. She carried a cascade of Johanna Hill roses. Miss Zoe Maiden, maid of honor, wore a ballerina -length gown of aquamarine 'brocaded taffeta with matching headdress. She• carried a cascade of multicolored pastel sweet peas. For the reception held at the Ritz Carltgn Hotel, the bride's mother chose a rosewood lace dress with navy and white' acces- sories, and shoulder corsage of white carnations and lily of the valley. Town Council last Friday night agreed • with a suggestion a "no parking" area ,was needed ow the south side of Bruce street beside the ,,Juditli Gooderham Memorial Playground and swimming pool. The suggestion was made by the Goderich Recreation and Arena Committee which operates the playground and pool during the summer months. In a letter to council, the com- mittee pointed out that there was a danger of children, running from behind parked cars into the path of oncoming vehicles. "It's a very narrow street," com- mented Mayor J. E. Huekins, "and we .should co-operate in trying to prevent any accidents."
