Watt read the Scripture lesson, the Ten Commandments, and told a story, After the roll call, games were enjoyed. The meeting closed with the benedic- tion. , The 4-H Garden Club held their first meeting of the season April 23, at the home of Mrs. Harvey Mole, with Mrs. John Finnigan leader and Mrs. 11. Finnigan, Mrs. Arthur Elliott and Mrs. Lorne Ivers. Ken Brown arrived home last week from finishing his third year at Queen's University, Kingston. In two weeks he expects to go to Goose ,Bay, Labrador, for summer employment. •The bi-weekly meeting of the Y.P.U. was held Monday night in the United Church. Marlene Maize, ission -and- -world-- outreach con- venor, was in charge. After -a hymn, Marylin Anderson read the Scripture lesson. Marlene gave the topic and led in discussion'. Earl Rivett offered prayer. Ron- ald Alton, Wilmer Errington and Lillian Popp were appointed as a committee to select a play to pre- sent in the fall. Lillian Popp led in games and Rev.
