The funeral of the late Mrs.
Patrick Finn, formerly Catherine
O'Reilly of this parish was, held
in Goderich on Wednesday morn-
ing. Those who attended the fun-

Albin, ' and one grandson, Russel;

Leeburn W.M.S.—The February
meeting' of the Leebiirn
was held atthe home of Miss Belle
Shaw with a good attendance, Mrs.
Terence Hunter was leader of the
worship service. The .Seripture-
lesson was read by' Mrs. James
Horton. A tribute to the.. late Mrs.
J: E. Robertson, Goderich,5 was
read. Some ' discussion took place
on quilt -making. The World Day
of Prayer service will be held in
connection with the regular March
meeting and will be. held at, the
home of Mrs. Rod Bogie. , . The
chapter from the study book was
read 'by Mrs. Joe Freeman, and. a
letter from Miss Irene Thompson.
Trinidad, now on furlough in Can-
ada, was read by her cousin, Mrs.
Andrew Bogie. Miss Shaw was
assisted during.' the' social hour -by
her sisters Ruth and Blanche

Winners of the three prizes in
the draw at Erskine Supply Satur-
day night were: Dick Cousins, Mrs.
Audrey Johnson, both of Goderich,
and Harvey Lassali'ire; R.R. 2, Gode-
rich. Draw, tickets were given out.,

and treasurer's report was given
by .the secretary, Mrs. Harvey Al-
ton. The roll call was 'answered
by 31 members and seven visitors.
Ways ' and means to raise funds
were discussed. The ladies have

in the church kitchen. Mrs,. Popp

ing closed with a hymn. The

Euchre Clul.—On Tuesday night
of last, week, Mr. and Mrs.. Gus
Redmond entertained the Sixth
Concession euchre club. Prize win-
ners were: Ladies' high, Mrs. :Har-
veY Alton, and gents' high, Robert
'McAllister; consolations,- Mrs.
James Wilson and Carl Sievert.

but are now recuperating and able

Guild Euchre.. — The Anglian
Church Guild had a successful
euchre party at the Parish Hall on
Friday . night. 'Winners were:
Ladies' high, ,Mrs.. Howard God-
frey and Miss Ruth Orser; men's
high, Ivan Rivett" and Victor Black;
eleven tables of euchre were play-
ed. Lunch was served by the
ladies.

W.M.S.—The Presbyterian, Wo-
men's Missionary Society held the
