Casseroles and salads seem to be a lifesaver when it comes to using up left -overs. With s is. in mind 1 have come up with recipes for a Turkey Casserole, a Turkey Salad and a Ham Salad. Try them ... you'll like them. TURKEY CASSEROLE 2 cups chopped cooked turkey 1 can mushroom soup 'z cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juice celery onion green pepper 2 boiled eggs, sliced potato chips Dice the celei onion and green pepper (Use at your dis- cretion) . Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Place in,a casserole. Top with crushed po- tato chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes. 0 0 0 TURKEY SALAD 4 cups cooked diced turkey 2 cups celery, diced 1 cup cubed pineapple 1 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup whipped cream Combine above ingredients. Serve on lettuce. Serves 8. 0 0 0 LEFTOER HAM SALAD 4/1 cup cook ham, diced one-third c p chopped sweet pickle ',L cup celery and onion combined 1 teaspoon, prepared mustard 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced mayonnaise to moisten.
