built Beaver "Manu-

When you build a Beaver "Manu-
factured" Home, Beaver actually
does a lot of the work for you. In
other words certain major
components, such as all interior
and exterior wall sections, and all
roof trusses, are actually pre -built
tor you in one of our modern
factories. These precision manu-
factured components are then
catefully packaged along with
precise quantities of -all necessary
building materials and delivered
right to your building site. That's
how the Beaver method saves you
money, by minimizing on-site
labor and reducing costly waste
material. And that's why a Beaver
"Manufactured" Home -is faster
and easier to build than any
Conventional home.
Another real advantage you get
Is the option of being your own
contractor and hiring sub -trades,
of hiring a general contractor to
do everything for you, or you can
do it yourself. The choice is yours
but remember, the more you do,
the more money you'll save.
So if you're buying a new home,
