Mr. and Mrs. Terry Rutledge and Shawn off Clinton on Sunday visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Webster. Bill Webster on Sunday attend- ed anniversary services at St. Helens Church. Mr. and Mrs. Russel McGuire were Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Teed of Thorn- bury. Charlie Leaver was a visitor on Sunday with his sister, Miss Millie Leaver, in a London nurs- ing home. Mr. and Mrs. John Gibb were weekend visitors with his par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Gibb. Miss Gayle Rintoul returned home on Saturday from Wing - ham 11-lospital. Mr. and Mrs. Mack Cardiff of Brussels were Saturday night visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rintoul. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Camp- bell of Scarborough spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs..Bill Rintoul and on Sunday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Dave Ober- holtzer and Jeffery, Wingham, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Rintoul, Steven and Scott of W. Wawanosh and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Gaunt of Chatham. Visitors on the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Carl McClenaghan and Mr. and Mrs. Ben McClenag- han were Mr. and Mrs. Doug Baird, Mr. and Mrs. Mel Brooks of Cayuga, Mr. and Mrs. Irwin McClenaghan of St. Thomas and Mrs. Ruth James, Woodstock. Little Ryan Craig was released from Wingham Hospital on Tues- day. Albert Coultes on Sunday took his brother-in-law, Nelson Kerry, who visited him last week, back to his home at Chesley. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wilken, Kim- berley and Robbie of Gowans - town were Sunday visitors with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wilken. Mack Inglis of Highgate spent the weekend with his mother, Mrs. Torn Inglis, and his wife who is at the home of his mother. His wife has now recovered and- -is. _ walking with the aid of ope cane. She expects to soon return home. Mrs. Bob Adams returned home on Saturday after spending a week with Mr. and Mrs. John Adams and baby at Windsor. Mr. and Mrs. Dalton Schultz on Monday visited with Mr. and Mrs. Reg Schultz and sons of E. Wawanosh. Miss Kathy Purdon has a. few days' holidays from her vwurk' at Blyth and is at her home here. On Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Paul Laidlaw returned from their wedding trip to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Laidlaw. They left on Sunday for their home at Windsor. R. M. Des Roches of Lancaster spent the weekend at his home here. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Des Roches were Mr. and Mrs► Bill Norris of Wood- stock and his brother, Remi Des Roches of Penetang. Miss Joyce Tiffin of Toronto spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Tiffin, and Miss Janet Sleightholm spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Sleightholm. They attended the 50th anni 4er- sary services at Whitechurch United Church. MRS. MORRIS SWANSQN entertains at the piano for Brookhaven residents and friends who came., for the annual open house celebration Sunday afternoon.
