lock. Rev. Robert H. Armstrong
officiated at the ceremony which
was solemnized in a setting a
white shasta daisies and lighted
ulle green and white candles in
candelabra, in Bluevale's Knox
Presbyterian Church.
The bride is the daughter of
Mrs. Ross Mann of Bluevale and
the late Mr. Mann. Parents of the
groom are Mr. and Mrs. Leslie
M. Taws of Mississauga.
Harold Swatridge of Wingham
was organist. He accompanied
the soloist, Al Blais of • Toronto,
who sang two vngs written by
the groom for the couple's special
day, "We Will Always Be in
Love" and "The Love We Know".
Harvey Mann of Waterloo gave
- his sister in marriage. She was
elegantly gowned in a floor -
length dress of ivory satin -
backed crepe. An original design
by Carol Campbell of Lucknow,
the dress was styled with empire
waistline, long sleeves, pin -
tucked bodice and cuffs and an
attached cape. She wore an ivory
straw hat with ivory satin roses

brother of the groom, and Brent
Maize of Lucknow, brother of the
bride. They wore royal blue twt-
edos with black velvet collars
ruffled white shirts edged. With
black, and yellow, carnations on
the lapels.
The bride's -mother. wore a
floor -length gown of yellow poly-
ester interlocked in an empire
waist styling with cape, sleeves.
The groom's mother chose a long
gown in apricot polyester with
cut away neckline with matching
lace bolero jacket with wrist
length sleeves. Both mothers
wore baby white carnations with
white accessories. The fathers
also wore royal blue tuxedos.
Dinner tables were decorated
with blue candles and vases of
single yellow carnations at the
church. A three -tiered wedding
cake decorated with blue roses
made the centerpiece for the
bride's table. A dance followed in
the Lucknow Arena.
For travelling to the Western
Provinces, the bride wore a plaid
pantsuit in pastel colors with
matching blouse and white ac-
cessories. he chose a corsage of
pink Sweetheart rosebuds.
The newlyweds have taken
residence at 301 William St.,
Wingham, Ontario.
The bride is employed at the
Bank of Commerce in Wingham
and the groom is a mechanic at
McGee Auto Electric in Wing -
ham.
A neighborhood shower was
given by Mrs. Mae Hunter and
Mrs. Annie Shiells of Lucknow;
and a relative shower by Mrs.
Florence Reid, Mrs. Joyce God-
dard and Mrs. Pearl Anderson of
Goderich. A party was held in
honor of the bride and groom by
•thefstaff members of the Bank of
Commerce in Wingham.

ship service in St. Paul's Angli-
can Church on Sunday. Mike read
