the Moravian Missions. There
her three children were born. She
also served as a missionary
Jamaica- for five years, Her next
sphere of service was in Nova
Scotia on the 'New Germany
Charge of the United Church,
thence to Pugwash, Nova Scotia
where they served for three
years.
Mrs. Sach also served on the
Bervie-Chalmers Charge as
organist and choir director, and
in Lucan and Clandeboye where
she accompanied the choirs. The
last six years she was active in
the U.C.W. of Gorrie and
Wroxeter, also organist and•choir
director of the Gorrie United
Church.
Besides her husband, she is
survived by one daughter,
Margaret, of Gorrie.
The funeral was held at the
Gorrie United Church on Friday,
at 2 p.m., with Rev. Wesley Ball
conducting the service. Those
taking part in the service besides
Rev. Ball were Rev. F. T. Love-
lock of Toronto, Rev. Alfred Fry
of Goderich, Rev. Susan Seymour
of Delaware, and Rev. Lawrenci
Squires of Beachville. Organist
for the service was Mrs., Ron
Smith of Bryanston. Temporary
entombment was in the Gorrie
Memorial Chapel, with spring
burial to be ate the Gorrie Ceme-
tery.
Pallbearers were . Jack
Ferguson, Ed Roth, Bev Currah,
Les Douglas, Ron McMichael,
and Art Gibson.
Donations to the Canadian
Bible Society and the. Canadian
Cancer Society were accepted as
expressions of sympathy,.

THE RISING ROLLS
WHITECHURCH — At the sec-
ond meeting of the Whitechurch
club, suggestions were given for
a club name and the name
decided upon was The Rising
Rolls. The meeting was held at
the home of Mrs. Walter Elliott.
Kathy Purdon, president,
opened the meeting and read the
minutes. Roll call was answered
by naming different kinds of
flour.
Mrs. Elliott demonstrated
white bread and freezer whole
wheat bread. Mrs. Purdon
demonstrated bread -making
techniques, rising of dough,
baking bread and storage of
bread and rolls.
All members of the group
assisted in kneading the dough
and after it was haked, the girls
sampled it.
The next meeting will be held
February i7 at the home of the
leader, Mrs. Archie Purdon.

Mrs. Ross Mann spent the
weekend with Mrs. Reg Bitton at
Chatham.
Mr. and Mrs. Morrison Sharpin
of Wingham visited Monday
evening with Mr. and Mrs. J. J.
Elliott..
