BELGRAVE -- Ken Alton was
named 1.975 president, the
Procter family reunion when the
43rd annual reunion was held re-
cently
in the Community Centre
here. Vice-president is Ross
Procter and secretary -treasurer
is Mrs: George Procter. The
lunch committee will be compris-
ed of Mrs. Ken Wheeler, Mrs.
Ross Procter, 'Mrs. John Spivey
and Mrs. Wilbert Procter. Sports
committee is George Procter,
Mrs. Helen McBurney and Mr.
and Mrs. Charlie Thomas.
Seventy-seven family mem-
bers signed the register at this
year's,reunion. During the after-
noon those in attendance enjoyed
games and contests as well as a
social get-together.
Lunch was served by the lunch
committee, after which Doug
Procter, president, conducted the
business meeting. The minutes of
the last reunion and the treas-
urer's report were read by Faye
Procter, acting secretary, and
approved by Charlie Thomas 'and
Ross Procter.
It was recommended by Mrs.
Hazel Procter that subsequent
reunions will be held the second
Sunday in July so they would not
interfere with the memorial serv-
ice which is the first Sunday in
July. •
The president thanked the
committee for their assistance in
making this reunion another suc-
cessful one.
