After discussion the minutes
were approved. Correspondence
from thedepartment was read by
Mrs. Emerson and discussed.
The financial statement showing
a balance of $390.63 was given by
Mrs. Fred Tiffin. The statement
had been audited by Mrs. Russel
Chapman and Mrs. Dave Gibb.
The building of a new east
fence at the cemetery was dis-
cussed. It was decided to leave it
until after harvest when. Bill
Evans will make arrangements.
It was decided to pay Fred
Tiffin $15 each time for mowing
grass if he cuts it with a riding
mower. He is also to . purchase
supplies to exterminate the
ground hogs.
The election of officers resulted
as follows: president, Bill Evans;
secretary, Mrs. Victor Emerson;
treasurer, Mrs. Fred Tiffin;
trustees, Bob Orr, William
Young, George Young.
The meeting for 1975 will be
held the first weep of June if
weather periimita. The meeting
was then adjourned.
