Mrs. MiIt.i Parr
Passed away at the Callender
Nursing Home, Bnss , on ,t-
urday, MAY 20, Mrs. Milton Parr,
in her 83rd year-.
The late Mrs. Parr was the for-
mer Fanny Riley and was born in
1892 in Grey Township, a
daughter of the late Williant
Riley and Catherine Carter. ler
husband, whom she married
April 2, 1913, predeceased her on
February 29, 4943. They farmed
in Grey Township after their
marriage.
She leaves to mourn her
passing four daughters, Mrs.
Jack (Berea) Warwick of Brus-
sels, Mrs. Harry (Eva) Wright of
Wingham, Mrs. Tom (Bernice)
MacFarlane and Mrs. Glen
(Evelyn) Bray both of Brussels;
eight grandchildren and 21 great
grandchildren. She was the last
surviving member of her, family,
having been predeceased by
three sisters and three brothers,
Mrs. William (Margaret) Hoy,
Mrs. James (Elizabeth) Hoff-
man, Mrs. John (Sarah) Staples,
Will, John and James Riley.
Funeral service was held at the.
M. L. Watt funeral home, Brus-
sels, with Rev. Charles Me-
Carroll of Melville Presbyterian
Church in charge. Burial was in
Brussels Cemetery.
Pallbearers were six grand-
sons, James Warwick of Exeter,
Murray Bray of Wroxeter, David
Hutton of Listowel., William
Wright, Harris Campbell and
Glen Johnston of Bluevale.
Flower bearers were also grand-
sons, Douglas Vincent of Clinton
and Robert Fischer of Tiverton.

The passing of Wilfred Thomas
Ramage, aged50 years, of 83
Pender• Street, West, Vancouver,
British Columbia, occurred at his
residence on May 10. The funeral
service was held Saturday, May
18, from the Asquith Baptist
Church, conducted by Rev. H.
Cassells. Park Funeral Chapel
was in charge.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs.
Edna L Ramage of Saskatoon;
one sister, Mrs. W. (Ruti),
O'Brien of Coe Hill, Ontario; four
brothers, Arthur of Saskatoon,
Percy and Cuyler of Downers
Grove, Illinois, and McKinley of
Hepworth, Ontario. He was e -

spent Sunday afternoon with Mr.
and Mrs. Ivan Wightman.

end with Mr. and Mrs. Herson
Irwin.
A family gathering was held at
the home of Mr. and 'Mrs. Scott
Reid, Wingham, in honor of Mr.
and Mrs. Gibson Armstrong of
London on the occasion of their
25th wedding anniversary.
Mrs. Telford Cook visited on
Sunday with Mr. and Mrs\ James
Carter and family of Londesboro.
Mr. and Mrs. McIntyre of
Jamestown visited , on Sunday
evening with Mr. and Mrs. Rob-
ert Hibberd.
Calvin -Brick anniversary ser-
vice was held on Sunday evening
with a good attendance. Rev.
Stanley McDonald of Londesboro
was the guest speaker and the
Belgrave men's choir assisted at
the service by singing several
anthems.

attended the graduation cere-
mony of their daughter, Mary
Anne Wheeler, at Alumni Hall,
London, on Friday, May 31. She
returned home with them to
spend the weekend.
