urday, February 16. Born on Sep-

fant. She attended Ethel Public
School and spent her girlhood
near Ethel,
She was married to Lewis
Frain of Grey on June 9, 1920, at
the home of her parents in Brus ;-
sels, by the late Rev; A. J. Mann,
minister of ,Melville: Church at
that time. They fanned on. lot 8, .
Concession 4, Grey Township, for
44 years, moving to Brussels in
1964.
Mr. 'and -Mrs. Frain observed

a brief illness. He was 02 years of
age.

Township, Bruce County, Mr.
McCormick was a son of the .late
Daniel McCormick and/Catherine
Crowe. He farmed most of his
life, retiring 23 years ago. Until
only a few months ago, -Mr. Mc-
Cormick was active in town
social activities, being for many
years an ardent lawn bowler and
-curler.
He was a member of Sacred
Heart Roman Catholic Church.
Mr. McCormick was married
to the former Ellen. May Netter -
field who predeceased him on De-
cember 140971. Surviving are
one son, James Netterfield of
Wingham, and five grand
children. Also surviving are one
brother, John McCormick of
Wingham; and four sisters, Mrs.
Wendall (Kate) Roth of Seaforth,
Mrs. Maurice (Leak,) Fitzpatrick
of • Kitehener,, Mrs. Otto (Effie)
Posorek of Detroit and Sister
Ennecentia (Genevive), also of
Detroit.
The late Mr. McCormick rested
at the R. A. Currie and Son Fun-
eral Home until Friday when re-
moval was made to Sacred Heart
Roman Catholic Church where
Reif. A. L. Nolan conducted ser-
vice at 10:30 a.r. Interment fol-
lowed in Sacred Heart Roman
Catholic Cemetery, Teeswater.
