junior bridesmaid.
The attendants were dressed
alike • in gowns of mauve,, and
purple floral organza styled, with
a scoop neckline and a natural
waistline. A purple velvet sash
Was • tied in a bow at the back.
They carried baskets of mauve
daisies, pink roses, and deep -pur-
ple pansies. They wore white pic-
ture'hats trimmed with a match-
ing velvet band falling into
streamers at the back.
The best man was James Grif-
fith, RR No. 3, Moorefield. Mur-
ray Grainger, RR No. 2, Wrox-
eter, brother of the groom, Larry
Binning, RR No, 3, Listowel, and
Brian Nuhn, RR No. 1, Gowans

satin trim. The sleeveless gown
ways styled with a natural waist-
line and a scoop neckline and was
completed by a short jacket with
long Sleeves trimmed in . green
guipure lace. She had green and
pink.:ribbon in her hair, green
accessories and a green orchid
corsage.
The bridegroom's mother
chose a pink gown with a scoop
neckline and short ' puffed
sleeves. The waistline was ac-
cented with an inserted piece of
fabric creating an illusion waist-
band and the bodice was trimmed
with tiny pink and white daisies
and white buttons. A large
gathered sash with a bow com-
pleted the waistline. She wore
white accessories and a pink
orchid corsage.
For a honeymoon to • points
north, the bride wore a navy, red,
gold and white blazer and pant
outfit with white accessories and
a corsage of red roses.
On their return the couple will
reside at Apartment 510, 159 Uni-
versity Avenue West, Waterloo.

'ener, Brantford, Seaforth,
Waterdown, Hamilton, Owen
Sound, Brockville, Gorrie, Wrox-

ing of the Women's Missionary
Society Of the Knox Presbyterian
Church was held at the home of
Mrs. George Conlon. 'The meeting
was opened by the singing, of
"Sing Them Over Again To Me".
Mrs. Bruce Darling led in prayer.
Mrs. Elmer Jeffrey read the
minutes of the last meeting.
It was decided that a vote for a
life membership will - be held at
the July -August meeting. Plans
were made for the October

ray and Mrs. Ralph Dickson were
put in charge of getting flowers
for the church.
Dennis Freeman read the
scripture. Following this, he
asked questions on the relation-
ship of the congregation, the of-
ficials and the minister. The
ladies divided into groups and
discussion followed.
For the closing, "Whet A
Friend We Have In Jesus" was
sung. Mr. Freeman gave the
benediction and lunch was served
by the hostess.

liams of Palmerston. Ann was
assisted in opening her gifts by
Connie Kay, sister of the groom.
She received many lovely and
useful gifts and lunch was served.
