Magic with a message Rev. Bruce Penny of the Wing - ham Baptist Church will wel- come Gospel Magician Jimmy Lake who will be appearing at the church May 13. Mr. Lake, who has been a magician since 1939, combines his talent with a gospel message. He has performed all over North America, on both television and at Bible conferences. Assisted by his wife Gertrude, Mr. Lake will conduct a series of meetings in Wingham on Sunday, May 13 at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the church services and at 4:30 p.m. on May 14, 15 and 16. Mr. Lake, past president of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, is now a life member of the organization.
