BLUEVALE — The last euchre
party of the season was held in
the community hall Thursday

The fifth meeting was held at

April 9. The meeting opened with
the 4-H pledge followed by the
minutes which were read by
Doreen Nickel. The roll call was

LAKELET — Minutes of the
last meeting were read by Karen
Dickert when the Nifty 'Nits met
at her home. Roll call was an-

Murray discussed armhole
finishes and sleeves, including
fitted facings and self -trim. Mrs.
Derril Hallman, Mrs. Lyle

the tailor's hem which was the
sample each girl was required to
put in her record book.
KNITTY KITTIES
LAKELET — Seven girls were
present for the meeting of the
Knitty Kitties at the home of Mrs. -
Mann. The roll call was "How I
plan to incorporate stretchy
seams into my garment". Carol
Anne Behrns read the minutes.
The discussion was how to make
sleeveless armhole, setting in the
sleeve and finishing the lower
edge of the sleeve. Everyone did
a sample of a tailor hem.
