Bob Pegg then tipped another of Strong's shots, into the Kurtzville net. Bob is also a standout ball player in the off season and he showed why when he batted in that second goal. Brian Black then scored a picture goal to bring the final score to 3=0 and the series stand- ings to Belgrave three wins, Kurtzville two wins. This set the stage Mr Thursday night's sixth game; Belgrave determined to take the sixth and force a seventh . and final game. Slow Start Bob Mclntosh of Kurtzville opened the scoring in the first period and at that point some fans were convinced that Kurtz- ville had the game already. And well it seemed, because Belgrave started the game slowly and it did not appear; that they co01d skate with Kurtzville in • this game, However, after the Kurtzville goal, Belgrave seemed to come to life and a short time later Niel Edgar tied it up on a low hard shot from left wing: Belgrave added one more goal in the first to take a 2-1 lead into the second period. In the second period Belgrave skaters turned on the power, fore - checking quite effectively in the Kurtzville end, breaking up many Kurtzville plays.
