Doig Leitch played right wing
with Bill Brown in Wingham and
also participated in the Wingham
Midget Tournament. Always a
playmaker and a dipsydoodjer-
type of player, be has been an ef-
fective playmaker this year also.

Leitch.

performance.
Gordon Lightfoot took - all
honors for the male performer of
the year as well as composer of

on team play
The Meaford Legion Mustangs
which won the `B' division of the
Midget Tournament in Wingham
last year will be returning with
seven of last. year's players.
In league play they ended up in
second place in a league which
includes Owen Sound, Colling-
wood, Stayner, Elmvale, Pene-
tang and Midland. The team
stresses • positional play and a
passing attack. They are not big
in stature, but put out an 'all out'
effort to win their games.

married Tom ,Ihayman. Shock,
shock! Now the latest is ,Diahann
Carroll who, before Christmas,
announced her engagement to
talk show ,host, David Frost, and
dreamily told everyone they were
planning an Easter wedding, then
two . weeks ago married a Las
Vegas. businessman. Looks like
Frost got the deep freeze!
It all happened very quickly
and quietly with no comments
from anyone; which, I suppose, is
alright since it's really nobody's

"Julia". Her first marriage, to a
white 'musician, ended in divorce

Niagara -on -the -Lake, Kincardine
and Gravenhurst.
'A' Category, Whitby, Elmira,
Oriilia, Dunnville, Orangeville,
Owen Sound, Midland and Lon-
don.
'AAA' Category, Oshawa, Lon-
don, Waterloo, Detroit, Chicago
Cougars, Chicago Minor Hawks,
Toronto and Welland.
The games get under way at
12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 20
and continue each day until Sun-
day, when three championship
games are scheduled to be
played, starting at 1:00 p.m.
