North Huron snowmobile club FORDWICH -- It was decided at the second meeting of the snowmobile club, which was held at Howick Central School, that the Achievement Day would be Saturday, March 17, starting at 1:30. The front field on Julie Fairies farm will be used, weather permitting. Snowmobiles are to be taken there for judging. Driving will also be judged. Grades 5 and 6 completed their projects on Australia, Dampier,, Tasman ' and Cook this• week. They presented die to Mrs. O'Malley and the rest of the class on Tuesday. This week Grades 7 and 8 went bowling , at the local bowling alley. This is the second time in a series of four that theyire to visit the alley. The marks were con- siderably higher than last time.
