draw project last Thursday when
a. misunderstanding of the rules
by linin ' resident resulted in
an item in --Gordon -Sanderson's
"Sound Off" column in the Lon-
don Free Press.
While most residents of the
Winghami area are famailiarwith

from Windsor, G. R. Mason, was
puzzled about it and' wrote to the
