Mr. and Mrs. Bob Petznick and family of Kitchener spent Sunday with the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Schaefer. Mrs. Jack Douglas is confined to Listowel Memorial Hospital, having undergone surgery. Mr. and Mis. Ira Schaefer left this week to spend the winter in Florida. . Gary Klaassen of Toronto spent the weekend with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Staples of Cobourg visited recently with Mr. and Mrs. Crosby Sotheran. M. and Mrs. Eldon Fairies of Gorrie Were guests at the same home. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Bride arid family of London were weekend guests with the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stan Bride. . Mr. and Mrs: Ab HaasnOot and Bill left Saturday from Toronto International Airport for a month's visit with relatives in Holland. Kevin Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andy Miller is presently confine(' to Palmerston hospital. Lisa Sanderson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sandersori, is also in Palmerston Hospital with pneumonia. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald D'Arcey and Mr. and Mrs. Andy Miller spent Saturday evening with friends in Caledon. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Madgette of Weston were weekend visitors at their home here. Weekend and Sunday guests with Mr. and Mrs. George Ashton were Mr. andMrs. Art Wells, Jeff and Greg of London, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Durst, Judy, Jerry, Jamie and Jackie of Bay Ridges and Everitt Ashton, Susan Cathy and Jane of Prescott. Mr. and Mrs. Les Watkins of The Wingham Advance -Times, Thursday, December 7, 1972 Bolton were weekend guests with Mr. and Mrs. Clare Harris. Mr. and Mrs. George Pitten- dreigh, Miss Minnie McElwain, Bill and John McElwain visited Skmday with Mr. and Mrs. Ian Pittendreigh in London. Mr. and Mrs. John Ceasar attended the Seigmiller Christ- mas party Friday night in Kitch- ener. (Intended for last week) John Bolander of Stratford visited over the weekend with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Ridley. Miss Sandra Allan of George- -town 4pent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mel Allan. The Girl Guide and Brownie Mothers' Auxiliary held a very successful tea and bake sale in the United Church basement on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Cars- well, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Mann and family visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Ferguson in Georgetown and attended the christening of Jan Stephanie Fer, guson in the United Church. Mr, and Mrs. Jack Ferguson and family of Gorrie also attended. Mr. and Mrs. Lenwood Edgar of Mount Forest visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Elmer liamson. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Browne, Doug Browne and Mrs. Marian Kirby spent the weekend with relatives in Toronto. The latter remained for a longer visit.. Stephen and Kimberley Duncan of Brampton spent the weekend with their grandpar-, ents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Con- nell. Mr. and Mrs. Joe -McGinnis and family spent Saturday in Kit- chener. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Klaassen were Kitchener visitors on Wed- nesday. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Johnston spent Saturday at Stirling. Roger King of Guelph spent the weekend with Mr. OW Mrs. Randy King. Mrs. Verna Galbraith *spend- ing this week in Guelph with Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Galbraith. John Harris of Newmarket spent the weekend with his par- ents when returning home from a two week holiday in Florida. Mr. and Mrs.. Terrence Laframboise of Clinton and Murray Wilson. of Goderich were weekend visitors with Mrs. Flor- ence Wilson. Emrnerson Hargrave of Listo- wel spent a couple days last week witb Mr. and Mrs. W. Hargrave. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hadley visit- ed Saturday with relatives in London.. Mr. and Mrs. William Marriner spent one day last week in Toron- to.
