4Ut YOU NEED MOONING
Farming is big b siness today, .
On large Ontario farms there"sea tronstant need for
agricultural . workers. But .It's rlgt . the old-fashioned
"Hired -Hand" life anymore, its o wellf, paying lifetime
career with rich benefits for the person who enjoys
working with livestock, crops and machinery. And it's a
healthy life -- especially for a growing family who can
count on accommodation, food and a. Tess frustrating
pace of life.
To train men for this career, a ten week course to
upgrade agricultural knowledge and skills is being of-
fered at the KEMPTVILLE. COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURAL
TECHNOLOGY beginning January 8, 1973.
To qualify you must be at least 18. years of age; 1
year out of school with a functional Grade § education,
and be approved by a selection committee.
Also available are training allowances which can
total up to $113 weekly for a man with 4 dependents,
if approved by ARDA and Canada Manpower.

Regular brushing is the best
way to keep tooth decay at bay.
and the teeth good looking, . but
there are many that justcan't
keep tipa good:. schedule.
In:: $ur busy work -a -day world,
many of us are too, rushed to
brush after every meal and
snack, or else it is impractical
Although no dentist would excuse
you for inadequate health care,
his does understand your plight.
Most of us are near a drinking
fountain, so the next best thing to
brushing would be to swish and ' -
swirl water through spaces be-
tween your teeth to remove food
particles.
Salesmen and others who do
much talking in their jobs, fre-
quently find their breath going
sour. The bad breath may not be
due to a serious disorder, but
may merely be caused by the
membranes of the mouth drying
out too much. Small sips of water
periodically can help the situa-
tion.
The best way to prevent smok-
ers stain on your teeth is not to
smoke. But if you can't kick the
habit, at least rmember that the
last thirdofa cigaretteis collect-
ing about 50 per; eentof the tar.
Instant cuff ce .seems to stain
