New Councillors New to the board, but no strangers are John Hayes and Jack Gillespie. They will fill vacancies left by the earlier resignation of James Currie, now part-time town supervisor, and Councillor George- Carter, who has stepped down after serving as chairman of health and wel- fare and fire committees.
