Frank Mewhipney underwent major surgery on Wednesday afternoon at Victoria Hospital, London. Marie Mewhinney of St. Cath- arines and Linda Mewhinney of Kitchener spent the weekend at their -home and on Sunday visited with their father at Victoria Hos- pital. . Woods. Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Martin and Wayne were recent visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Mar- tin at Hawkesville. Tom tiarelton of St. Marys spent the weekend with Dale Gammie at the Gammie cottage. Weekend visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Allan Miller were Mir. and Mrs. A. P. Head and Mrs. Evelyn Smith of St. Catharines. Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lyons were Mr. and Mrs. Howard Packham, Mrs. Packham.
