He started working for food stores at the age of seventeen, The deliveries then
were mode by horse and wagon. In 1948, George was promoted to a clerk for
independent brocers until 1953.For the next two years he worked as o meat cutter
for o co-operation society store. Later he progressed to become on Assistant Manager
for one year, then to be, Manager. George opened his own store in Aylmer for
I.G.A. Today he is the successfultowner of Aylmer, Delhi and Tillsonburg I.G.A.'s.

'These foods are good to eat. Eat them every
„day for health. Have three meals each day.
I. Milk. Children (up to about 11 years) 21/2 cups
(20 fl. ox. ); Adolescents 4 cups (32 fl. oz.); Adults
