KOOKY KRAFTERS
Biuevale 14-H Club, Kooky
Krafters, opened their meeting
at the home of Mrs, Jim Dart-
ing on Tuesday evening with
the pledge and roll call. The
minutes were read by Gail Mc-
Lennan. The project is needle-
craft. "Bow to create a de-
sign" was discussed. The blank-
et stitch was demonstrated by
Mrs. Charles Mathers.
NIFTY NEEDLERS
The third meeting of the
Wingham Nifty Needlers was
held Monday evening at Mrs.
Les Jacklin's home with fifteen
members present. The presi-
dent opened the meeting and
minutes were read by Beverley
Burchill. The roll call was,
"Places the blanket stitch or
buttonhole stitch could be used.
Mrs, Jacklin showed how to do
the feather stitch and each girl
made a sample for her record
book. The table runners were
marked for embroidery.

NINE NIFTY NEEDLES
WRQXSTER--The second
meeting of the Wroxeter 4-H
homemaking club was held at
the home of Ann Gibson last
Wednesday evening. The pres-
ident opened the meeting and
nine girls answered the roll
call which was, "The learning
stitches and article I have
chosen to make and why".
The name "Nine Nifty Need-
lers", was chosen for the club.
Mrs.' Adams showed a new way
to thread a needle. Mrs. Mc-
Michael went over "Making a
Design".
The members were then
shown how to make a sample of
embroidery. Each girl did one
of her own and drew lines on
her runner so she could start it
at home.
