Mr. Austin Stinson left on
1 Monday from Toronto Interna-
tional Airport for Fredericton
and Truro, N.S. , as a conser-
vation delegate.
Congratulations to Mr. Gar-
nard King who celebrated his
78th birthday on Sunday, Sep-
tember 14th. A family dinner
was held at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Jack King.
Mrs. Roy McDougall was tak-
en by ambulance to Listowel
Memorial Hospital on Saturday
night.
Mrs. Elsie Demerling return-
ed home over the week -end af-
ter spending several days in
Kitchener.
Mr. and Mrs. Austin Stinson
accompanied their grandson,
Bill, Richards, to Waterloo last
week w here he entered his sec-
ond year at Waterloo University.
Mr. and Mrs. Dan Cardinal
and little son returned home
over the week -end after enjoy-
ing two weeks' vacation. •
Mrs. Dan Stycheyshyn (Kath-
arine Jacques) of Yorkton, Sask.
spent several days last week
with Mr. and Mrs. Tom Mc -
Clement and other relatives in
the community. Her husband
was attending a course in To-
ronto. They left on Friday
night from Toronto Internation-
al Airport to return to their
home at Yorkton.
Mr. and Mrs. George Ash-
ton are spending. a few days
with Mr. and Mrs. Everett Ash-
ton and before returning home
will visit with their daughter
arid son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Ross Durst at Bay Ridges.
SOME, LOOKED HAPPY and some as if they could not care Tess, but for all
of these youngsters it was a day ,off school to attend the Belgrave School
Fair. Other schools attending the parade and fair were Brussels and
